냉체질
naeng-che-jil
cold constitution
Korean medicine (한의학) sees each body as having a hot or cold constitution (체질). A 냉체질 person feels cold easily and is advised to avoid 'cold' foods and favor warming ones like ginger, while a 'hot' type does the reverse.
