Modern Korean Slang & Expressions
녹초가 되다
nokchoga doeda
The concept
精疲力尽 — Utterly drained
How Koreans say it
녹초 = a wilted, limp state; 녹초가 되다 = to be completely worn out, dead tired. The newer slang 방전되다 ('to be discharged,' like a dead battery) says the same thing for the smartphone generation.
