How Koreans say it

Korean has no snappy slang for 'face blindness'; people just say 얼굴을 잘 못 알아봐 ('I'm bad at recognizing faces') or 사람 얼굴을 잘 기억 못 해. The medical term is 안면 인식 장애 (prosopagnosia).
